Treatment center website design
Make the next step clear.
Help a person or family understand your care, see how insurance questions are handled, and reach the right admissions team.
We build websites for behavioral health and addiction treatment centers using confirmed service information, real people and places, and an inquiry path tested before launch.
Your clinical team approves every page that describes care. Your domain, hosting and accounts stay in your name.
- 1Care informationThe services you actually provide, who they serve, what happens next.
- 2Contact pathA number that works on mobile, with the hours admissions really answers.
- 3Trust evidenceCurrent credentials, the people responsible for care, your own building.
Three questions the site should answer.
A family arrives with three questions. Each one should have a clear answer on the page.
Is this the care we need? What answers it
- The services and levels of care you actually provide
- Who they serve
- What happens next
Can we talk to someone? What answers it
- A phone number that works on mobile
- The hours admissions actually answers
- How callback requests are handled
Can we trust what we are seeing? What answers it
- Current, verified credentials
- The people responsible for care
- Photographs of the actual center
A complete path to admissions.
The agreed build can include these pages. Every one of them leads toward admissions.
The page list, content responsibilities, form behavior, integrations and launch checks are agreed before the build. What a family types into a form goes to admissions through the route your privacy lead approves, never to analytics or advertising platforms.
Test the handoff, not just the button.
Before launch, we send made-up inquiries through the site to verify that calls reach the named destination and callback requests arrive with the team responsible for responding. A form success message is not proof that admissions received the request.
| Test inquiry | Expected | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Tap call on a phone, 2pm | Rings the admissions line, answered by a named team | Pass |
| Callback request, 9:40pm | Arrives in the admissions inbox with a named owner | Pass |
| Benefits check request | Reaches admissions only; nothing sent to analytics | Pass |
| Call outside answered hours | Reaches a staffed line, or the stated hours and a callback promise | Fix before launch |
We also review mobile layouts, keyboard access, readable text, performance and the approved tracking setup.
One center, one clear identity.
An acquisition or opening can leave a center with several domains, phone numbers and outdated listings. We map the transition so visitors can still reach you and useful existing pages have appropriate destinations.
Where the work stands.
- DoneAudit of four existing center websites at a five-center network. Where a rebuild was unnecessary, we recommended targeted fixes instead. The findings
- In buildA website for a new center in the same network. An initial preview and page structure are prepared, using the center's own photographs. Final content, inquiry routing, approvals, migration and production checks remain part of the launch work.
Not claimed: increased inquiries or admissions from the new site. It has not launched.
What operators ask first.
Do we need a complete redesign?
Only if the existing site cannot meet the agreed requirements economically. An audit may identify a smaller set of fixes.
Is SEO included?
The build includes the agreed technical search foundation. Ongoing search research, content and visibility work have their own scope. See SEO for treatment centers.
Is advertising included?
Campaign landing pages and paid-search management are separately scoped. The website can launch before advertising is ready. See admissions strategy and measurement.
What happens to what a family types into a form?
It goes to your admissions team through the route your privacy lead approves. It is not sent to analytics or advertising platforms.
Who maintains it?
We agree the owner and support arrangement at handoff, including who updates service information and checks inquiry routing.
Start with what a family needs to do.
We will review your current inquiry path or discuss the requirements for a new center.
